We're Challengers
A social fitness app for people who show up harder when someone's counting on them. We turn workouts into a shared challenge. Post your proof, build your streak, and climb the leaderboard with your pride. Nobody hunts alone.

workouts completed
Someone in the group is already ahead of you.
Working out is easy. Staying consistent is hard
Most of us already know we should move more. The hard part is doing it again tomorrow.
Motivation fades. Life gets busy. One missed workout becomes two, then three, and the routine quietly disappears.
Fitness gets easier when it's shared.
Sometimes you don't need more motivation. You need people who notice when you don't show up and pull you back in.
You need a pride.
A pride is your people.
A small group who train together, cheer each other on, and won't let you disappear. You show up for them. They show up for you.
Lions are the only cats that live in prides. They hunt together, rest together, and no single one carries the whole thing. That's the idea.
Nobody should hunt alone.
It started with a Snapchat group.
Before Challengers, there was The Challengers 25. A few friends keeping each other consistent, with one rule: 30 minutes a day, five days a week. You posted a video after every workout as proof. Each day earned a point. Every week, someone tallied the scores out of five. Then the leaderboard moved to a Google Sheet, and someone added charts. Actual analytics for a workout group chat. We loved it. It was competitive, a little chaotic, and completely manual. But it worked. If someone posted at 6am, you felt it. If they were on four points and you were on two, you found a reason to move. So we built Challengers. The part that kept us showing up was already there. It just needed a better home.

The group challenge, without the group-chat chaos.
Challengers takes the system that worked for us and gives it a proper home. We are not trying to tell you how to exercise. We are giving you another reason to actually do it.
Post your workout
Share proof that you showed up. It doesn't have to be perfect — it just has to be done.
Earn points
Every completed workout moves your score forward and gives your pride something to chase.
Build your streak
Keep showing up. Consistency compounds one ordinary day at a time.
Climb the leaderboard
See who's really showing up and keep the friendly competition alive.
What matters to us
Challengers should make consistency feel more social, rewarding and human not more complicated.
Show up
You don't need the perfect workout. You just need to keep coming back.
Do it together
Accountability hits differently when your pride is in it with you.
Keep competition fun
Compete, talk your talk and celebrate the wins without making fitness miserable.
Consistency over perfection
Progress is built through the ordinary days you chose not to quit.
Real people, real effort
Your workout doesn't have to look impressive to count. Showing up is the point.

A perfect week should feel worth celebrating.
Consistency shouldn't depend on willpower. It should depend on people.
Today, Challengers helps a few friends keep each other accountable. But the idea scales past any one group.
We're building toward a place where any circle can start a pride and hold each other to it. We want Challengers to become a place where friends, coaches, teams, and communities can create their own fitness challenges. And beyond the app, we want Challengers to be where fitness in Ghana lives: how you find a gym, join a community, and actually keep showing up.

Built by someone who needed it too.
Hi, I'm Dean. I'm a designer and developer based in Accra, Ghana, and one of the original people behind the Snapchat challenge that became Challengers.
I built Challengers because the simple system we created genuinely made it harder to disappear from my own goals. I wanted to keep that feeling: the proof, the pressure, the competition and the encouragement without all the manual tracking.
